The repetitive motions of cycling and walking can sometimes lead to muscle tightness and strain. Combine sore body parts with mental stresses of these uncertain times and you have a recipe for injury and dis-ease. In this hour-long mindful yoga and meditation class, practice yogic tools to find calm, release tension, manage energy and focus. Class led by certified yoga teacher and naturalist Barbara Tarrh.
