Trinity Financial, developer of the Courthouse Lofts apartments and the brand-new Major Taylor Museum within the former Worcester County Courthouse, will host a ribbon-cutting ceremony at 8 a.m. Friday, Oct. 29, at 2 Main St., Worcester, Mass.
