Brookline Bike Rodeo

Sunday, May 15, the Brookline Safe Routes to School Task Force will be holding a Bike Rodeo in the Town Hall Holden Street parking lot for children in grades K - 6 and their families.
The Rodeo will include:
  • Helmet fit and placement
  • Safe bike riding skills
  • Basic bike maintenance
The Rodeo also includes a ride-out through the neighborhood led by the Brookline Police Department. Participants must already know how to ride a bike, and need to bring their bikes and helmets and be accompanied by an adult.

To participate, you need to register at https://www.eventbrite.com/e/bike-rodeo-2022-tickets-309888493827.  The registration form will give you a choice of three one-hour sessions, starting at 10 AM, 11:15 AM, or 12:30 PM.   Each session is the same, so you should register for only one of the time slots.

There will also be a separate area adjacent to the Rodeo where pre-K children and children who do not already know how to ride can practice riding under the supervision of their families.  No registration is required for this activity.
