Memorial Drive Sunday Closings

Memorial Drive is owned and operated by the Massachusetts Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR). DCR closes Memorial Drive in Cambridge between Western Avenue and Mount Auburn Street on Sundays from 11:00am to 7:00pm from the last Sunday of April until the 2nd Sunday of November.

    Memorial Drive has also been closed to car traffic on Saturdays this summer. Will that continue into the fall?
